About the event
Course Description: Las Curas is a four week introductory course geared towards developing the toolkit of wellness practitioners, coaches, and healers. During our time together we will delve into works by Zaretta Hammond, Resmaa, Menakem, Queen Afua, John Bradshaw and other trauma experts. This course explores the pedagogy of trauma as well as equips participants with trauma sensitive techniques. Participants will undergo self-healing exercises as well as learn strategies to facilitate healing for others. Duration: 4 weeks 📆
